Job summary

Randstad Digital Americas is seeking a highly experienced Pega Developer for a contract role in Mount Laurel Township, New Jersey. You will design, develop, and implement Pega applications to support business processes and improve efficiency.

The role requires 8+ years of Pega experience, PRPC expertise, and strong Agile knowledge. Salary is hourly, with standard 9am–5pm hours. Bachelor’s degree required; banking/financial experience is a nice-to-have.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Pega Developer.
• Strong knowledge of PRPC and Pega development.
• Proficiency in Pega configuration, customization, and integration.
• One or more Pega Architect certifications.
• Experience in designing and implementing Pega applications using Pega methodologies and best practices.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
• Design and develop Pega applications using Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC) platform.
• Configure and customize Pega applications to meet specific business requirements.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate Pega applications with other systems and technologies.

• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest Pega technologies and trends and propose innovative solutions to improve application performance and user experience.
