Everlaw is hiring a Senior Partner Onboarding Lead in Oakland to own the post-signature onboarding and readiness journey. You will coordinate with BD, Implementation, Solutions Architecture, Support, and Account Managers to build tailored readiness tracks for resellers, MSPs, and service providers.
You will guide partners through setup, data ingestion, orders, and opportunity registrations, track milestones, and surface friction for internal product and process teams to improve the partner
Own the post-signature partner onboarding and readiness journey, coordinating cross-functionally with BD Account Directors, Implementation, Solutions Architecture, Support, and Account Managers while maintaining clear ownership boundaries across teams. Build structured readiness tracks—including technical setup, customer onboarding workflows, sales process execution, and operational enablement—tailored to distinct partner types like resellers, MSPs, and service providers. Guide partners through operational transaction steps, including setting up customer organizations and sub-organizations, ingesting data, submitting orders, and registering opportunities. Serve as a practical, trusted advisor to partner teams, verifying their operational capability and establishing clear escalation paths through Everlaw’s documented support systems. Track onboarding milestones, partner capability demonstrations, and friction points, maintaining clear documentation and handoff evidence to ensure seamless long-term account transitions. Identify recurring operational or technical friction for partners, surfacing structured feedback and evidence to internal product and process owners to improve the broader partner experience.
You have at least 8+ years of experience in partner onboarding, technical customer success, implementation coordination, or partner success in B2B technology. You’ve guided external organizations through complex software platforms, building their internal capability to use, support, and sell technical products. You bring clear, practical communication skills, with a track record of explaining technical workflows to users with varying levels of technical depth. You excel at cross-functional coordination across internal teams—such as Sales, Support, Solutions Engineering, and Product—while maintaining clear boundaries and accountability. You have a diagnostic approach to problem-solving, with the ability to determine whether a partner blocker is technical, operational, commercial, or training-related, and route it effectively. You are authorized to work in the United States. Please note that at this time, Everlaw is not sponsoring U.S. employment visas for this role.
The Business Development team builds and grows the network of partners who extend Everlaw’s reach into the market. By identifying, recruiting, and supporting partners across the ecosystem, the team creates relationships that open new paths to customers and reinforce Everlaw’s position in the industry. This work turns strong partnerships into a durable channel for growth, helping more organizations discover Everlaw through partners they already trust.
The expected salary range for this role is between $183,000 and $231,000. This role is also eligible for additional incentive pay/commission. The final offered salary will be dependent upon many factors including the candidate’s experience and skills. The role’s compensation is subject to change in the future.
When a lawsuit or investigation happens, teams must comb through vast amounts of electronic evidence – emails, documents, chats, files – to find what matters. That work is not a side task but the case itself, and where most of the time and money in litigation goes. Everlaw is the litigation and investigation management platform changing that, using AI to turn mountains of messy data into the handful of facts that win or lose a case, compressing weeks of work into hours. We’re the kind of place that’s ranked #1 on G2 in our category and named a Great Place to Work™ by our own team. So if you want a front row seat to an industry in transformation, career-defining work you’ll be proud to tell people about, and real upside at a company in control of its own destiny, we’d love to get to know you.
