Nintendo of America is seeking a Marketing Partnerships Manager to develop and execute consumer-facing programs and strategic partnerships across cross-functional teams in Redmond, Washington. The Strategic Initiatives (SI) IP Team is dedicated to creating smiles through authentic experiences that invite everyone to engage with Nintendo characters and worlds. We act as one global team, stewarding the Nintendo brand and IP working in close partnership with our global teams and headquarters in Kyoto, Japan. The Entertainment and Partner Experiences team in SI manages global IP partner marketing, retail strategy, merchandise programs, and cross-functional development and execution for licensed merchandise and global entertainment experiences from partners such as LEGO, Hasbro and NBCUniversal.

This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.
This position includes the base pay range listed below, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
Pay Range: $108,450—$173,550 USD
