As the strategic importance of Serrala’s global partner ecosystem continues to grow, coupled with the critical role of the North American market and the increasing influence of SAP and its partner network in driving customer success, we are seeking an exceptional Senior Partner Manager, North America to join our team, reporting directly to the SVP, Partner Ecosystem.
The Senior Partner Manager, North America will play a pivotal role in accelerating the next phase of growth for Serrala’s SAP ecosystem strategy. This individual will bring a proven track record of building, scaling, and managing high-value partnerships across North America, particularly with leading global system integrators such as Accenture, Capgemini, business process outsourcing organizations who are strong players in the oCFO and tier 2s partnerships that can also accelerate growth.
The primary objective of this role is to define, develop, and execute strategic partnerships across the SAP ecosystem that drive measurable revenue growth, generate new business opportunities, and support the expansion of Serrala’s presence within its core target markets.
In addition, the role will work closely with Serrala’s Global VP, SAP Alliance to identify, influence, and accelerate SAP-sourced and SAP-influenced opportunities. The successful candidate will help deepen executive and field-level engagement with SAP, strengthen Serrala’s position within the SAP ecosystem, and serve as a highly visible ambassador for Serrala across key partner and industry communities.

United States: USD 144,000-180,000
Canada: CAD 180,000-210,000
The above annual base salary range represents a general guideline for the low and high end of the pay range for this position. However, the actual salary offered will be determined on various factors including but not limited to location, job-related skills, experience, relevant education, training as well as market and business considerations.
