We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Corporate Paralegal to join our Legal Team. This individual will play a key role in supporting the Legal Corporate team on matters related to corporate governance, subsidiary management, board administration, and corporate transactional matters on a global level. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in U.S. corporate law and exposure to international entities and governance, experience reviewing form contracts, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This is a high-impact role for a seasoned paralegal who thrives in a dynamic legal environment and is eager to contribute to both strategic corporate initiatives and day-to-day legal operations.

We disclose the compensation range for positions in compliance with local law. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, skills and in comparison to internal incumbents currently in similar roles. Pay Range: $120,000-145,000 salary per year. The range listed is just one component of Wella Company's total rewards package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonus plan or variable pay, depending on the role.
