The Ops Senior Project Manager will facilitate and lead strategic initiatives for large and high complexity projects, which may be customer specific, large product introductions or transfers. Provides management and guidance to multi-functional project teams and/or other Project Managers. Manage and enhance customer relationships. Provides full accountability for project schedules, project management, performance requirements and may provide input on budgets.
Typically reports to Management. Direct supervisor job title(s) typically include: Ops Regional PMO Mgr or Ops PMO Mgr. Job is NOT directly responsible for managing other employees (e.g., hiring/termination and/or pay decisions, performance management).
Knowledge of Jabil operating policies and procedures required. Expert knowledge of Jabil’s culture and guiding principles. Must be adept at navigating the diversified landscape with respect to country cultures, company divisions and internal hierarchies. Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and e-mail skills required.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree required, Masters Degree Preferred. Minimum of 12 years work-related experience required in project management or related discipline. Or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.
The pay range for this role is $126,100 - $227,000. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity. The anticipated close date of this job requisition is: December 01, 2026. As part of the total rewards package, this position is eligible for a short-term incentive based on performance.
