Requirements:

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.
• Define operation requirements in collaboration with site managers/supervisors.
• Implement new strategies and initiatives to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Utilize LEAN techniques, quality management processes, and cost control methodologies.
• Manage performance, provide training, and coaching to associates.
• Maintain a safe work environment and resolve employee relations issues.
• Supervise staff in accordance with organizational policies and laws.
• Lead start-up activities with cross-functional teams.
• Daily interaction with internal and external customers.
• Schedule personnel to support all shifts and accounts.
• Document department processes.
• Provide stakeholders with information on quality, safety, delivery, cost, and morale.
• Set production schedules within strict demands and budgets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience.
