As a Senior Operations Manager, you will oversee warehouse inbound and inventory operations, prescription dispense and fulfillment, non-prescription fulfillment, outbound processing, and manage employees across multiple shifts and functions. You will be part of the management team, a key stakeholder, and have a significant impact as Hims/Hers grows. This role is based in New Albany, Ohio, reporting to the Director of Operations.
Manage daily facility operations in the absence of the General Manager.
Monitor prescription turnaround times to meet internal standards and patient needs.
Ensure SOX compliance related to inventory control and cycle count procedures.
Oversee dispense operations for technicians and collaborate with Pharmacists to ensure regulatory compliance.
Guarantee shipping accuracy to prevent HIPAA violations and ensure data accuracy.
Work with Pharmacy Leadership to analyze and improve operational efficiency.
Communicate with program managers to develop products supporting business needs.
Collaborate with support partners (Transportation, Design, Supply Chain, etc.) to enhance customer experience.
Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s Degree preferred.
Over 10 years of experience in fulfillment, warehouse, or distribution environments.
Over 10 years in supervisory or management roles.
Over 10 years of OSHA safety experience.
Experience with Six Sigma or Lean principles.
Proven leadership in technically complex projects.

Conditions of Employment:
Work with Hazardous Drugs requiring PPE such as gloves, masks, gowns, etc.
Medical approval needed for respiratory protection devices.
Physical exertion required, including walking, standing, squatting, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Understanding of risks related to handling hazardous drugs.
