Sr. Operations Manager, Dispense & Fulfillment Operations

Join us as a Senior Operations Manager, Dispense & Fulfillment Operations at hims & hers.

About the Role

Based in New Albany, Ohio, you will oversee warehouse inbound, inventory operations, prescription dispense and fulfillment, non-prescription fulfillment, outbound processing, and manage staff across multiple shifts. You will be a key member of the management team, impacting the company's growth and success. Reporting to the Director of Operations, your responsibilities include:

1. Managing daily facility operations in the absence of the General Manager.
2. Monitoring prescription turnaround times to meet standards and patient needs.
3. Ensuring SOX compliance related to inventory control and cycle counts.
4. Overseeing dispense operations and collaborating with pharmacy staff to adhere to regulations.
5. Ensuring shipping processes are accurate and HIPAA compliant.
6. Analyzing operations for efficiency improvements with the Pharmacy Leadership team.
7. Communicating with program managers to support business needs.
8. Partnering with transportation, design, and supply chain teams to enhance customer experience.
9. Performing additional duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years in fulfillment, warehouse, or distribution environments.
• 10+ years in supervisory or management roles.
• Experience with OSHA safety standards.

Preferred Skills

• Six Sigma/Lean principles experience.
• Proven success in leading complex projects.
