THE ROLE:

We are seeking a qualified, motivated individual for the position of SR Operations Manager (IC) in our NTSG – Network Technology Solutions Group. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to align on DDR technology roadmaps, product development cycles, ASICS/DDR qualification windows, and lead times. You will monitor demand, manage supply to support NPI qualification schedules and volume production, and develop systems for approval, reporting, and tracking.

Ideal candidates will have strategic thinking capabilities, strong analytical skills, and meticulous attention to detail. They should possess excellent program management skills, business experience, and interpersonal skills. Candidates should be proactive problem-solvers who thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and are comfortable wearing multiple hats to contribute to the company's success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Coordinate with S&OP and Factory Operations to ensure demand is accurately released and loaded to suppliers and CMs, aligned with customer orders.
  2. Partner with GOQ (BOPS, Global Logistics, Customer Ops, Procurement) and legal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery.
  3. Maintain transaction accuracy within the ERP system, investigate discrepancies, and communicate root causes to prevent future issues.
  4. Serve as a primary contact for AMD sales/field teams and customers, providing timely shipment updates and expediting issue resolution.
  5. Monitor ERP system integrity and collaborate with IT and Finance to automate transactions, improving efficiency and reducing errors.
  6. Manage finished goods inventory (Boards and ASICs) and support inventory reduction initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidates should have significant experience in customer service, ERP systems, and process management. Strong project management, analytical skills, and the ability to present to executive audiences are essential. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to lead cross-regional teams are required. Flexibility to work across time zones is also important.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
