We are seeking a qualified, motivated individual to join our team as SR Operations Manager within our NTSG — Network Technology Solutions Group. As part of the Operations Team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to align on DDR technology roadmap, internal product development cycle, ASICs/DDR qualification window and lead times, closely monitor demand, manage supply to support NPI qualification schedules and volume production to enable revenue shipment. You will also work with internal teams to develop systems and tools for approval, reporting, and tracking.
Ideal candidates should have strong strategic thinking and methodical execution capabilities, be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and possess strong program management skills. Candidates should have a blend of business experience, excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively towards shared goals. The mindset of 'that can’t be done' should motivate you to find solutions. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related technical discipline; or equivalent professional experience.
