The Role

We are seeking a qualified, motivated individual to join our team as SR Operations Manager within our NTSG — Network Technology Solutions Group. As part of the Operations Team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to align on DDR technology roadmap, internal product development cycle, ASICs/DDR qualification window and lead times, closely monitor demand, manage supply to support NPI qualification schedules and volume production to enable revenue shipment. You will also work with internal teams to develop systems and tools for approval, reporting, and tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with S&OP and Factory Operations to ensure proper demand is released and loaded to suppliers and contract manufacturers, aligning with customer orders or forecasts.
• Partner with GOQ (BOPS, Global Logistics, Customer Ops, Procurement) and legal compliance teams to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment, meeting on-time delivery KPIs.
• Ensure transaction accuracy within systems. Investigate and resolve discrepancies, conduct root cause analysis, and communicate findings to prevent future issues.
• Act as a primary contact and voice for AMD sales/field teams and customers. Provide timely shipment status updates and expedite resolutions internally as needed.
• Monitor ERP system integrity and address business system gaps. Collaborate with GOQ, IT, and Finance to automate transactions, improving efficiency and reducing errors.
• Manage finished goods inventory (Boards and ASICs) and support inventory reduction initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proficient in ERP systems and process-oriented.

• Excellent project/program management skills with proven analytical abilities to present to executive audiences.

• Ability to build and lead cross-regional teams.
• Flexibility to work across time zones as required.

Academic Credentials

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related technical discipline; or equivalent professional experience.
