Amazon.com Services LLC in Michigan’s Caledonia area is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to oversee, coach, and develop a team of Operations and Area Managers while driving budgetary and operational objectives at the site.
You will lead Lean initiatives to improve efficiency, safety, quality and customer experience across Inbound or Outbound operations, and foster cross-functional collaboration with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety and IT.
The Sr. Operations Manager oversees all budgetary, people development, and operational objectives at the site. This role involves managing and leading a team of Operations and Area Managers, coaching and mentoring them to ensure performance objectives are met. The Sr. Operations Manager is also responsible for building and maintaining positive employee relations and developing leadership strength within the Fulfillment Center (FC). This position requires a strategic leader who can balance operational excellence with team development while driving results across all areas of the facility.

The base salary range for this position is 135,000.00 - 182,700.00 USD annually. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
