Sr. Technical Recruiter / Client Partner @ CBTS | Solutions Integrator

Duration: 12+ months (yearly renewals)

Rate: W2 OR C2C (W2 preferred)

Location: REMOTE (MUST be in the US - ideally CST)

We are seeking driven consultants with enterprise experience and excellent communication skills to join our team. Preference is given to candidates in the CST zone, but we welcome applicants from across the US.

Job Duties:

• Proficient in system administration, network administration, and virtualization.
• Support a 24/7 organization providing field operations and application support.
• Follow processes and procedures diligently.
• Provide advanced support for Cloud infrastructure teams.
• Manage OpenStack OSP10/OSP16 environments, NetApp a300 backend storage, and network infrastructure.
• Communicate effectively with support organizations.
• Install, configure, administer, and monitor VMWare, OpenStack, and AWS.
• Configure and deploy Ansible Playbooks.
• Write and implement scripts in Python and Bash.
• Manage Jira projects, backlogs, and sprints.
• Utilize Git commands (GitLab/GitHub) for project management and file version control.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot failures and productivity-impacting events.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Support tenants in the OpenStack Platform and understand client applications.
• Patch, update, and upgrade hardware and software resources.

• DELL MD3460 - CEPH Storage arrays
• DELL R630/R640 - Servers/OpenStack Controllers/Hypervisors/CEPH MON
• DELL R430 - Big Switch Controller
• DELL s6000/6010 - Spine Switch
• DELL s4048 - Leaf Switch
• HPe 5900 - Top of rack switch/Site Management
• HPe 5930 - Edge routers
• Cisco 2911 - Terminal Server

Desired Skills:

• Virtualization Certifications.
• Network Certifications (CCIE or equivalent).
• Linux Certifications (RHCE or equivalent).
• Experience with configuration management tools (Puppet, Ansible.)
• Experience with distributed storage solutions (iSCSI, Ceph, Swift).
• Linux systems administration in virtualized environments.
• Networking concepts and protocols (SDN, NFV).
• Deploying and supporting various OpenStack distributions (RedHat).
• Scripting (Python, Bash, Ruby, Perl).
• Interfacing with technology vendors.
