Job summary

Nightwing Technologies, LLC is seeking a Senior Subject Matter Expert in the National Capital Region or San Antonio, TX to translate complex mission requirements into actionable features for offensive cyber operations. The role serves as the liaison between users and development teams and ensures solutions meet operational needs.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in offensive cyber operations, TS/SCI with CI Poly, and U.S. citizenship.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in offensive cyber operations.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent substitution).
• Deep expertise in OCO missions, tools, and methodologies.
• Experience defining operational requirements for software systems.
• Strong understanding of automation and orchestration in cyber operations.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional development teams.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly.
• Must be U.S. citizen.

Salary & Benefits

The salary associated with this position ($122,000-$253,000) is commensurate with the selected candidate's qualifications, years of relevant experience, and demonstrated level of expertise. Compensation will be determined based on these factors to ensure alignment with skills, responsibilities, and market standards.
