JFC Global is seeking a Network Engineer to design, implement, securely configure and support network infrastructure for clients. You will deliver projects on schedule, work directly with clients, and guide teams through complex networking tasks.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, strong firewall and Cisco/Palo Alto expertise, and the ability to travel overnight to client sites across the U.S. Remote work is supported with travel commitments.

Formación

• Degree or equivalent experience in a technical discipline.
• 5+ years of networking experience with enterprise networks and firewalls.
• Active Secret clearance or higher.
• Active industry certifications relevant to the position.
• Strong TCP/IP, subnetting, VLANs and routing knowledge.
• Experience with network access control and authentication.
• Experience in security-focused or regulated environments.

Network Engineer

Full-timeposition responsible for designing, implementing, securely configuring and supporting network infrastructure for clients.

The engineer will:

• Deliver projects according to established scope and timelines
• Work directly with clients throughout engagements
• Communicate project issues and risks to internal leadership
• Provide technical guidance and customer training
• Design and implement network architecture
• Configure and deploy enterprise networking and firewall technologies
• Implement network security controls
• Ensure infrastructure meets applicable security requirements
• Collaborate with internal and client teams to determine technical requirements
• Create and maintain network diagrams, configurations and technical documentation

What You'll Bring

• Associate or bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of relevant networking experience
• Active Secret Clearance or higher
• Active industry certifications relevant to the position
• Strong hands-on experience with enterprise networking and firewalls
• Cisco networking experience
• Palo Alto firewall experience
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, subnetting, VLANs and routing
• Experience with network access control and authentication
• Understanding of network security technologies
• Experience working in security-focused or regulated environments
• Strong documentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Schedule & Travel

• Remote/home-office position with regular overnight travel to client sites across the U.S.
• Travel will vary based on project needs and may include consecutive weeks onsite.
• All business travel expenses are reimbursed, with per diem provided for meals.
• When not traveling, the engineer works remotely supporting clients and internal projects.
