Job summary

Spectrum Reach is seeking a Multi-Media Producer to collaborate with Account Executives and clients to bring advertising concepts to life. You will be involved in filming, on-site directing, coordinating talent and production staff, and ensuring high-quality video production across multiple projects.

You will work with a creative team and report to a Supervising Producer, contributing to regional growth of production capabilities and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Producer or in producing advertising concepts.
• Proven track record of developing high-quality, creative concepts for advertising.
• Coordinate with internal/external partners to schedule and execute productions within deadlines and budgets.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain excellent client-facing communication.
• Strong understanding of production techniques for filming and post-production.

Summary

Multi-Media Producers are responsible for all aspects of working with clients to create professional level advertising commercials and creative. This includes partnering with Account Executives to consult with and pitch ideas to clients, filming/videography, on-site directing, overseeing external talent, hiring and supervising external Production Assistants, and other duties as assigned by Supervisor. A Multi-Media Producer is responsible for the growth of the production skill set their region can offer. These positions will interact with creative team members and clients and will report into a Supervising Producer.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Will pitch creative ideas and strategies to clients and associates.
• Responsible for quality control of footage acquisition for their clients.
• May assist with the creative and coordination of all shoot logistics.
• May oversee or be directly involved with editing based on the needs of the client.
• Responsible for maintaining and overseeing all production equipment.
• Will work closely with other team members to ensure quality video productions
• Responsible for delivering footage and files to external servers
• Will have direct interaction with clients and must manage shoots as needed on a per project basis at various budget levels across multiple categories.
• Will assist in interacting with our most premier production clients to discuss creative concepts and other aspects of production relevant to the client.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of previous experience as a Producer and assisting in bringing creative concepts to life.
• Must have a proven track record of excellent Production skills and the ability to assist in the development of high quality, creative and compelling concepts for advertising.
• This position coordinates with various internal and/or external partners to schedule and execute various types of productions while adhering to project deadlines and budgets.
• Proven ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Excellent client facing skills.
• Strong understanding of production techniques in filming, time needed for projects and best practices for execution related to production services is essential.
• Must work well within a collaborative environment
