Syensqo is seeking a Sr. Multi-Craft Mechanic to operate and maintain critical equipment in a safe, compliant manner at our Anaheim, CA site. The role requires qualified status as a Multi Craft Sr., Sr.

Mechanic, and Sr. Electrician, with willingness to perform lower-class maintenance tasks when needed. You will follow Responsible Care EMS and ISO 14001 standards, promote process safety, and participate in HSE programs.

The Sr. Multi-Craft Mechanic is responsible for operating equipment in a safe and appropriate manner. Performs all Sr. Multi-Craft Mechanic's functions fully and independently with minimal supervision.

The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Must qualify as a Multi Craft Sr.
• Must qualify as a Sr. Mechanic.
• Must qualify as a Sr. Electrician
• Must be willing to perform all jobs from lower classes within the maintenance department
• Ensure all work is to be performed in accordance with the Responsible Care EMS - Environmental Management System (ISO 14001)
• Intervene and take appropriate actions on any non-conformance, possible non-conformance, or concerns affecting 1) compliance with any known legal, regulatory or company requirement, 2) Safety, Health, Environment & Security (HSE&S) policies, procedures, or other management system requirements, and/or 3) expectations or needs of other interested parties and communicate it using the appropriate company process.
• Ensure that the HSE & Responsible Care management Systems requirements are integrated into their organization's business structure and processes and achieve intended outcomes.
• Promote an observable culture of process safety, product safety/stewardship, and customer service within their organizational control.
• When requested, participate in the development, communication, and implementation of HSE&S and Responsible Care programs.
• Communicate and follow up as required on any HSE&S concerns, incidents, near misses, or opportunities for improvement using the appropriate company process.
• 6. When requested, lead, participate and/or provide resources for Employee Safety Committee (ASC), Safety Meetings, Incident/Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations, Management of Change (MOC), Process Safety Startup Review (PSSR), Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), and other related HSE&S, process safety, and customer service activities.
• Must follow all MSOP & Plant Safety Rules. Use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). PPE required in this area are KEVLAR GLOVES, LATEX GLOVES, FULL FACE RESPIRATOR, HALF FACE RESPIRATOR, DUST MASKS, & EAR PLUGS. TYVEK Suits are also available for PROTECTION.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Tech Trade school (certificates)
• 6 yrs plus experience in Industrial Maintenance

• Must qualify as a Multi- Craft Mechanic
• Must practice good housekeeping habits.
• Communication skills: Able to take verbal directions, understand written procedures
• Able to use basic hand and power tools. (Safely).
• Must work from schematics, sketches, and manuals.
• Must be familiar with solid state devices.
• Proper use of measuring devices.
• Meggers, DVOM.
• Must be familiar with class 1 div. 1 & 2 codes.
• Able to take verbal directions
• Understand written procedures
• Understand Physical and Quality Requirements
• Ability to read and follow Standard Operating Conditions (S.O.C.), Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P.), etc.
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, techniques for effectively manufacture goods
• Knowledge of machines and tools required at each task
• Controlling operations of equipment or systems
• Watches gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly.

• Competitive salary and benefits package. The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is:

2ndSr. Multi-Craft, Tuesday- Saturday 2pm-10pm

3rdSr. Multi-Craft, Sunday-Thursday 10pm-6am

• Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
• 16, or more, weeks of maternity/paternity and co-parenting leave, according to local regulations
