• Conduct verification and validation (V&V) of models to ensure accuracy, documenting results in technical reports.
• Develop operational scenarios, evaluate constructive simulations, and merge disparate model elements.
• Oversee project timelines, author technical documentation, and present findings to key stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• At least 7 years of professional experience in modeling and simulation engineering.
• Advanced proficiency with AFSIM, along with exposure to tools like STK, NGTS, or Builder.
• Strong programming capabilities in Python, C, or MATLAB.
• DoD 8140/CWF compliant certification (such as Security+ CE).
• Solid foundation in systems engineering principles, model integration, and validation methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with electromagnetic spectrum operations (EMSO) or electronic warfare modeling.
• Experience simulating strategic defense capabilities and threat environments.
• Understanding of flight-path generation, threat modeling, and electronic countermeasures.
• Experience with hardware design or rapid prototyping.
• Proficiency in additional languages such as C++ or Java.
• Prior experience collaborating with federal research laboratories or defense organizations.
