Location: This role may be remote in the continental United States

Compensation: The base salary for this role may range from $115,000-130,000 USD, plus additional compensation and other incentives available.

About the role
The Sr. Manager of Commercial Sales Enablement is a strategic enablement professional responsible for enhancing sales effectiveness, engagement, and development within the organization. This role supports Commercial Inside Sales

Enablement initiatives and focuses on building world-class enablement programs that empower sales professionals and sales leaders to perform at their highest level

As a Sr Manager Commercial Sales you will:

  • Partner with strategic leaders to determine enablement and coaching needs and implement solutions. Key focus areas are training, performance gaps, sales enablement programs, and engagement initiatives.
  • Implementation and Evaluation: Based on the needs of the Commercial business, lead and execute on the implementation and evaluation of solutions.
  • People Management: Responsible for effectively managing and developing a diverse team of professionals to achieve organizational goals and foster a positive work environment. This role requires a dynamic leader who can inspire, motivate, and guide team members while promoting collaboration and innovation

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, communications, sales enablement, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience leading enablement, coaching, or employee experience programs within a North American or Global sales organization.
  • Deep expertise in corporate communications, sales, sales enablement, and sales leadership.
  • Proven track record of scaling enablement strategies in high-growth, complex sales environments.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence leadership teams.
