Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in Sleepy Hollow, NY is seeking a Sr. Manager Global Procurement, US Fleet to lead the US fleet category strategy and supplier relations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in procurement, category management, or strategic sourcing (ideally fleet, transportation, or another operationally intensive category).
• Experience leading sourcing events, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships.
• Ability to build a category strategy from spend and market data.
• Working knowledge of US fleet requirements, including vehicle registration, driver safety programs, and DOT and FMCSA regulations where they apply.

This role requires:

• Sr Manager: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 5+ years in procurement, category management, or strategic sourcing (ideally fleet, transportation, or another operationally intensive category)
• Experience leading sourcing events, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships
• Ability to build a category strategy from spend and market data
• Working knowledge of US fleet requirements, including vehicle registration, driver safety programs, and DOT and FMCSA regulations where they apply

Preferred qualification :

• Certified Automotive Fleet Manager (CAFM) from NAFA and/or Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) from ISM
• Experience with enterprise procurement and sourcing systems (such as Oracle or Zycus), spend analysis, and contract management tools
• Experience with fleet management platforms, telematics, and fleet management company portals
