Base pay range

$130,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

The successful candidate will provide leadership and coordination of company financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and budget management functions to support the company's growth goals, while analyzing data to support business decisions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Accounting and Finance department
• Direct and coordinate financial planning and budget management functions
• Lead team through accounting close processes
• Manage the preparation of all financial reports, financial outlooks and financial forecasts
• Provide short and long term budgeting and forecasting, rolling budgets, and product-line profitability analysis.
• Generate financial modeling for data analytics
• Recommend benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance
• Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget
• Work with VP and Sr Mgmt to develop five year business plans
• Serve on planning and policy-making committees
• Provide recommendations and lead initiatives for process improvements

Requirements

• BS Accounting/Finance and CPA/MBA highly desired
• 10 years experience, including in a senior level position
• Experience in a public organization
• Strong systems background including data analysis tools
• Proven success in a fast-paced, changing environment
