The Senior Manager, Field Marketing develops and executes strategic, localized marketing initiatives designed to drive brand awareness, customer consideration, and store traffic across exclusive retail locations and TotalWireless.com.
In this role, you will lead end-to-end field marketing strategies-including local event activations, sponsorships, co-op program management, and partner enablement. Serving as the primary marketing consultant for regional sales leaders, store owners, and master agent partners, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating local growth. While initially focused on the Total Wireless brand, this role is expected to scale to support additional portfolio brands as field marketing operations expand.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at cross-functional collaboration, and takes a hands‑on approach to executing high‑impact regional campaigns.

Agile Response Strategy: Develop and execute rapid-response counter-strategies to protect and grow market share in high-priority territories.
Sales & Agent Partnership: Act as the primary marketing point of contact ("front door to marketing") for regional sales leadership, store owner-operators, and master agents.
Toolkit & Co-op Management: Maintain and govern the regional field marketing toolkit. Oversee local co-op program guidelines, store spend approvals, and partner compliance.
Retail Integration: Collaborate with the Retail Experience team to produce customized collateral, signage, and promotional assets tailored to local market preferences.

Sponsorships & Community: Identify and activate strategic local partnerships (e.g., community events, sports teams, local charities) to elevate brand presence within target neighborhoods.
Experiential Strategy & Agency Oversight: Partner with experiential and staffing agencies to conceptualize and execute high-impact field activations. Co-design activation concepts, lead detailed Run-of-Show (ROS) briefings, and deliver comprehensive training materials to ensure flawless, authentic execution.
Financial Stewardship: Manage, track, and optimize regional market budgets, event expenditures, and local co-op funds.
Post-Campaign Post-Mortems: Lead comprehensive post-campaign reporting, blending qualitative feedback from store owners with quantitative POS data to prove campaign ROI and guide future budget allocations.
