Job Overview

TE Connectivity (NYSE:TEL) is a $18+ billion global industrial technology leader incorporated in Galway, Ireland, with its U.S. corporate headquarters in Berwyn, Pennsylvania. TE Connectivity designs and manufactures connectivity and sensor solutions that are essential in increasingly connected and electrified environments across a broad range of industries. On June 29, 2007, Tyco International separated into three independent publicly traded companies, including Tyco Electronics Ltd. On March 10, 2011, Tyco Electronics Ltd. was renamed TE Connectivity to better reflect its focus on connectivity and sensor solutions.

TE Connectivity employs approximately 93,000 people globally and serves customers in roughly 130 countries. The company operates through two primary segments: Industrial Solutions and Transportation Solutions.

  • Industrial Solutions segment is a leading supplier of products that connect and distribute power, data, and signals. Its products are used in the digital data networks; automation and connected living; aerospace, defense, and marine; energy; and medical markets.
  • Transportation Solutions segment is a leader in connectivity and sensor technologies. Its products, which must withstand harsh conditions, are used in the automotive, commercial transportation, and sensors markets.

Within the Industrial Solutions segment, TE Connectivity's Automation & Connected Living (ACL) sector is at the forefront of enabling the intelligent, connected world of tomorrow. ACL delivers innovative connectivity and sensor solutions that power smart appliances, HVAC systems, home automation, building technologies, and consumer devices. As the demand for smarter, more energy-efficient, and seamlessly connected living environments accelerates, ACL plays a critical role in shaping how people interact with the spaces and technologies around them.

With a global footprint and deep engineering expertise, the ACL sector partners with leading manufacturers and technology innovators to bring reliable, high-performance solutions from concept to market.

The Senior Manager, ACL TEOA Operations is responsible for leading the deployment, sustainment, and advancement of the TEOA Business System across the Automation & Connected Living Sector. The role partners with sector and business unit Operations leaders to strengthen operating mechanisms, accelerate Lean transformation, build continuous improvement capability, and improve execution discipline across a global, highly matrixed organization.

This leader translates business and operational priorities into scalable TEOA roadmaps, standards, coaching, and governance. The role drives alignment and sustainable results through influence, structured problem solving, and strong partnerships across functions, businesses, and regions.
