Job summary

Honeywell INC. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Technician to provide technical expertise and hands-on support to projects and production processes, aiming to improve efficiency and product quality.

You will troubleshoot issues, run tests, collect data, and implement corrective actions while collaborating with manufacturing, quality, and design teams to drive process improvements and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting manufacturing engineering or technician roles in a production environment.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, fixture/tooling design, quality control, and process improvement techniques.
  • Proficiency with data collection and analysis tools, manufacturing equipment, and basic troubleshooting skills to support manufacturing operations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Experience with CAD software, preferably AutoCAD Inventor.
  • Experience with CAM software, preferably Mastercam
  • Ability to read blueprints with tolerancing and GD&T
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and quality of manufacturing operations by providing technical expertise and hands-on support to engineering projects and production processes, contributing to Honeywell's commitment to delivering high-quality products to our customers.
