Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Sr Merchandising Analyst to support planogram replication and development across distribution centers and the South Campus Team in Temple, TX.

You will extract and analyze sales data to guide item mix decisions and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to optimize store performance. The role requires merchandising and data analysis experience with strong Excel/Access skills, excellent communication, and a bachelor’s degree in business or related field.

Qualifications

• Three years merchandising and data analysis experience.
• Strong Excel and Access proficiency.
• Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; retail/buying experience preferred.
• Proficiency in English reading/writing for instructions and safety.

Responsibilities

• Extract, scrub, and analyze sales data for planogram placement.
• Provide data-based planogram recommendations to field teams.
• Train new analysts on planogram software and processes.
• Support field-based planogram development to reduce turnaround time.
• Oversee completion of planogram work meeting deadlines.
• Collaborate with account managers, category management, and customers.
