You will extract and analyze sales data, develop data-driven recommendations, train junior analysts, and collaborate with field teams, customers, and manufacturers to drive effective merchandising decisions. Qualifications

• Three years experience in merchandising and data analysis desirable.
• Significant analytical experience and proficiency with MS Excel and/or Access.
• Strong written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities; continuous improvement mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; retail/buying experience preferred.
• English reading/writing comprehension adequate for job tasks and safety.

Responsibilities

• Extract, scrub, and analyze sales data for planogram placement recommendations.
• Provide data-based planogram recommendations to division personnel for field execution.
• Train new analysts to understand planogram software and decision processes.
• Support field-based planogram development to reduce turnaround time.
• Oversee completion of planogram work to meet project lead times.
• Interact with account managers, category managers, and customers as needed.
