Join One of Golf’s Fastest-Growing Brands

G/FORE is one of the most exciting lifestyle brands in golf—blending performance, premium style, and a bold point of view. As we scale rapidly in the wholesale channel, we’re looking for a Senior Merchandise Planner who can bring analytical firepower, process discipline, and strategic thinking to help us grow smarter and faster.

In this role, you’ll lead inventory and merchandise planning for G/FORE’s wholesale business, partnering across teams to optimize buys, improve forecasting accuracy, and support key account performance. You’ll be central to ensuring we hit financial targets while staying true to G/FORE’s high standards for service, quality, and innovation.

What You'll Do

  • Build and manage demand plans at the category level across G/FORE’s wholesale sub-channels
  • Lead seasonal open-to-buy planning and present purchase recommendations to leadership
  • Align merchandise buy plans with financial goals, sales forecasts, and strategic product positioning
  • Analyze customer and sell-through data from large sporting goods and specialty golf retailers to identify trends, adjust forecasts, and recommend reorders
  • Partner with Sales on bulk utilization, prebooks, and reorder tracking for key accounts
  • Provide actionable reporting through the S&OP process to guide inventory and product lifecycle decisions
  • Collaborate with other planners to optimize inventory flow and drive cross-channel sell-through
  • Conduct size-selling analysis and adjust scales to improve inventory efficiency
  • Maintain accurate seasonal style master files, including new item adds and drops

What You Bring

  • Advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, modeling); comfort working in large datasets
  • Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to drive sales through data-backed decisions
  • Experience analyzing customer performance data to identify buying behaviors and maximize growth
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style
  • A track record of improving planning tools, processes, and outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of merchandise planning or demand planning experience, ideally in the consumer goods space
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • Experience working with large sporting goods retailers is a strong plus
  • Apparel or footwear experience is preferred
  • Familiarity with tools such as Impact Analytics, Power BI, SPS Commerce, or other demand planning/BI platforms
