• Medical driver/courier experience is preferred

• Ability to problem solve customer issues
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

LabCorp is seeking a Sr. Service Representative/Courier to join our team in Greenville, SC. In this position, you will be responsible for the pickup, transport, and delivery of medical specimens, lab supplies, and reports, while providing excellent service to our clients.

Optional: Included with this position is a company vehicle for the route. For $100 per month, you may have the option to take this vehicle home and use it for personal purposes. All gas, tolls, and maintenance are covered by the company if you choose this option.

The schedule for this position will be a flexible M-F schedule with rotating Saturdays.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Act as a floater for the logistics team, providing coverage for various routes as needed
• Provide on-route training for new couriers/drivers
• Assist with dispatch and pickups when required
• Load all necessary supplies for daily pickups
• Complete daily pickup schedule promptly
• Deliver all pickups to your branch at the end of your shift
• Handle all specimens and lab samples safely and efficiently
• Operate the company vehicle safely and obey traffic laws
• Use handheld electronic devices to manage daily pickups
• Coordinate with dispatch for additional pickups
• Evaluate traffic patterns, routes, and weather conditions as needed
