Key Job Responsibilities
  1. Perform and supervise routine and breakdown inspection, repair, troubleshooting, modification, installation, and commissioning of mechanical equipment such as compressors, cryogenic pumps, gear drives, turbines, vessels, heat exchangers, and expanders in various facilities.
  2. Develop work scopes for equipment repair and overhaul, prepare technical reports, and document information in the CMMS system (SAP).
  3. Provide technical leadership to improve machinery condition and reliability.
  4. Provide technical training and guidance to plant personnel, supporting maintenance activities.
  5. Develop refurbishment procedures for worn components and oversee repairs and spare parts replacements based on engineering recommendations.
Location and Travel

Travel is primarily within the North subregion, with some travel to other areas. The role is residence-based; the candidate should reside within 1 hour of a major airport. The position requires 70-75% travel and availability to respond 24/7.

Qualifications/Requirements
  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance, start-up, and commissioning of industrial machinery.
  2. High School diploma.
  3. Practical knowledge of machinery overhauls and refurbishment.
  4. Good organizational skills, ability to work independently, and leadership skills.
  5. Supervisory experience.
  6. Commitment to safety practices.
  7. Basic computer skills.
  8. Willingness to work extended hours and travel on short notice.
  9. Ability to work in industrial environments, including lifting, climbing, heights, and confined spaces.
