Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills including structural FEA using MSC Nastran or similar tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to lead and mentor team members.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed CAD models and drawings using Autodesk Inventor, including Bills of Materials.
• Conduct tolerance analysis, perform root cause analysis, and develop corrective action plans.
