Salary Grade: 160E

Salary Pay Range for This Position: $98,900.00 - $148,400.00

POSITION SUMMARY:

Manages marketing programs, promotions, and projects that effectively promote the organization’s products and services. Responsible for developing promotional programs and tracking programs to ensure department needs and goals are met. Ensures the projects/programs adhere to compliance regulations and policies. Develops and maintains internal and external business relationships. Manages production of marketing materials that support marketing programs. Responsible for the development of corporate communications pieces for the organization.

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS:
  • Manages all aspects of the day-to-day execution of campaigns following approved process and procedure, including marketing program development, data management, print production, digital marketing promotions, and campaign evaluation.
  • Works closely with department product managers to determine marketing strategy and objectives. Develops marketing collateral, promotions, and programs based on these needs.
  • Collaborates with marketing writers and graphic designers to ensure materials are effective and approved prior to launch.
  • Under the direction of the Marketing Manager, manages content creation for employee intranet, including blogs, maintaining an editorial calendar, and conducting interviews.
  • Works with programmers to develop back-end processes supporting marketing programs.
  • Utilizes desktop publishing software to update marketing materials like signage, flyers, print ads, and digital content.
  • Develops and manages monthly statement insert and message programs.
  • Oversees the branch video system and communicates marketing promotions to staff.
  • Stays informed of new trends in marketing and credit union products and services, including digital developments.
  • Coordinates with legal and compliance to ensure regulatory adherence.
  • Maintains high standards for all marketing materials, ensuring accuracy.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s Degree and at least three years of marketing experience; financial services experience preferred.
  • Proven ability in marketing program management and understanding of marketing concepts.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and work cross-departmentally.
  • Knowledge of pre-printing, printing, mailing, digital marketing, social media, video editing, and email marketing.
  • Design and copywriting/editing skills are essential.
  • Experience with desktop publishing and illustration software preferred.
  • Deadline-oriented with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and social media platforms.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Includes typical office activities, with occasional lifting up to 20 pounds. The environment is moderately quiet, non-smoking.
