This position can be hired remotely anywhere within the U.S.

Optiv is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Operations Specialist to help drive Optiv’s marketing programs and efficiencies. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented leader who excels in an operational environment. They will be Marketo certified with experience in various MarTech platforms (Marketo, Salesforce, Bizible, 6sense, etc.). This individual will be skilled in building, launching, and reporting on campaigns using these systems. The right professional will possess strong analytical skills and will collaborate strategically with our demand generation and events teams to create integrated campaigns aligned with company goals.

Responsibilities include:

  • Owning and managing the marketing technology stack, including Marketo, Salesforce, Bizible, 6sense, etc.
  • Collaborating with the operations team to define processes, workflows, and service level agreements.
  • Working with marketing managers and stakeholders to create integrated campaigns across various tactics.
  • Performing quality assurance on campaigns, emails, lists, landing pages, and programs.
  • Training and supporting marketing team members in Marketo.
  • Analyzing and segmenting lists based on demographics and behaviors using systems like 6sense, SFDC, and Marketo.
  • Leading A/B testing, performance optimization, and campaign enhancements.
  • Tracking and reporting on campaign effectiveness and pipeline impact.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university.
  • 3-6 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in operations.
  • Marketo certification and at least 3+ years’ experience with Marketo.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • Understanding of ABM programs and experience with platforms like 6sense or Demandbase.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting marketing automation campaigns and managing related assets.
  • Knowledge of lead routing and scoring.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
