Description

The primary responsibilities of the Search Marketing organization are to drive website traffic, maximize channel revenue, and improve customer experience. We manage Earned (SEO) and Paid Search channels (Text and Shopping Ads) on external search engines and run experiments to improve ROI and grow the Amazon business. This channel is crucial for Amazon Health Services (AHS) new customer acquisition.

We are seeking a seasoned Sr Product Marketing Manager to lead Paid Search marketing for Amazon Pharmacy and Health Benefit Connectors. You will develop and execute strategies to drive new customer adoption, understand digital marketing (SEO/SEM), and analyze customer behavior trends. The role requires a highly analytical mindset, creativity, and the ability to think strategically and dive deep into data. You will be the expert for specific product lines, gather insights, and influence stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include setting vision and strategies for AHS paid search, managing budgets, partnering with cross-functional teams, developing channel insights, and translating insights into test plans and optimization opportunities. You will also conduct experiments, analyze results, and communicate findings to stakeholders.

In this role, you will develop marketing strategies, monitor impacts through dashboards and reports, and collaborate with various teams to build innovative marketing solutions. You will also engage with senior leadership to share ideas and strategies.

The Search Marketing organization drives traffic from external vendors like Google and Bing, focusing on automating optimization and scaling efforts. AHS Performance Marketing aims to acquire new customers across Amazon’s health services, leveraging data-driven insights and customer obsession.

Basic Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of experience in performance marketing, program or product management, including SEO/SEM, email, display advertising, and search marketing
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate with Product, Legal, Finance, and international teams
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and SQL
  • Self-starter with the ability to execute independently
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Math/Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or master’s degree in related fields
  • Deep analytical skills, especially in experimental design and analysis
  • Experience with marketing strategy development and lifecycle management
  • Technical skills and ability to work with technology teams
