Infineon Technologies is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager for its Discrete Space Components Product Line. You will be responsible for developing and executing the productline strategic marketing plan to drive revenue growth for the Space Discrete Portfolios including GaN Power Transistors, MOSFETs, and Diodes. This role requires a in-depth understanding of the Space industry, strong technical acumen, and strategic thought processes to identify and capture new business opportunities and drive ten-year portfolio roadmaps. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering (R&D), sales, engineering,customer service, finance and operations, to deliver innovative solutions that grow the Space Products.
Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive product marketing strategy to drive revenue growth in Space Discretes.
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs and competitive landscape.
- Define and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies, including product positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategic customer penetration.
- Identify and prioritize key market segments, customer personas, and growth opportunities.
- Lead the creation of technical content, including white papers, case studies, and product collateral along with prioritizing R&D, Technical Marketing, Systems Engineering and Support Function activities to drive revenue growth.
- Partner with product management to align product roadmaps with market demand and customer feedback across all of Infineon.
- In cooperation with the pricing manager, create pricing strategies and competitive analysis to enable value based pricing.
- Represent Infineon Technologies at industry conferences, trade shows,and customer meetings to establish thought leadership and growrelationships across the industry.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess theeffectiveness of marketing strategies.
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Physics, or related technical field with an understanding of power electronics; MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in product marketing or product management within the semiconductor or related high-tech industry with a focus on Space, Aerospace or Defense.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor technologies, market dynamics and development cycles.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling customer narratives.
- An ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Understanding of Military Systems and the critical trade space to include the standard design cycle. End user experience a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and customer insights to drive strategic decisions.
- Willingness to travel as required.
