Sr Manufacturing Engineer (Finance)



As a Sr Manufacturing Engineer at Honeywell, you will lead and manage the global Manufacturing Engineering organization. Your role involves providing strategic direction, driving operational excellence, and implementing efficient manufacturing processes across all sites. Join a team that applies expertise to develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing methods for aerospace parts, components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies.

Responsibilities:

  1. Evaluate manufacturing processes through analysis, applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials; collaborate with suppliers and operators.
  2. Determine methods and sequences for manufacturing products and machine parts; ensure quality requirements are met.
  3. Discover and document hidden factory issues; prepare work instructions for manufacturing requirements.
  4. Collect, analyze, and summarize data to prepare reports; present findings to teams, suppliers, or customers.
  5. Support root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results; work may include cross-functional or project responsibilities.

You Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
  • 2-5 years of experience.
