As a Sr. Manager, Wealth Advisor within Schwab Wealth Advisory (SWA), you will provide clients with personalized, fee-based, non-discretionary investment advice, utilizing a broad range of products including stocks, bonds, ETFs, mutual funds, separately managed accounts, and options. You will work as a fiduciary within a dedicated team, directly impacting clients' lives and helping them achieve their financial goals. You will also have opportunities to mentor junior team members and collaborate with industry-leading advisors.

Qualifications

Required:

  • CFP or CFA designation
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Active FINRA Series 7 license (may be obtained within 120 days of employment)
  • Active FINRA Series 66 license (may be obtained within 120 days of employment)
  • Five or more years of advisory experience, including creating and customizing financial plans and portfolios

Preferred:

  • Over five years of direct client experience in financial services
Additional Information

This role is eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities, in addition to the salary range.
