As a Sr. Manager, Wealth Advisor within Schwab Wealth Advisory (SWA), you will join a premier, fee-based, non-discretionary investment advisory team. You will build personal relationships, provide specialized ongoing advice, and help clients manage complex portfolios using a wide array of products such as stocks, bonds, ETFs, mutual funds, separately managed accounts, and options trading. You will work with an experienced, collaborative team, deepen relationships with industry-leading advisors, and mentor junior team members. This role offers growth opportunities within a firm committed to developing your wealth management expertise while enabling you to make a meaningful difference for clients.

Minimum Qualifications
  • CFP or CFA designation
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Active and valid FINRA Series 7 license (may be obtained within 120 days of employment)
  • Active and valid FINRA Series 66 license (may be obtained within 120 days of employment)
  • Five or more years of advisory experience, including creating and customizing financial plans and portfolios for clients
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least five years of direct client experience in the financial services industry is highly preferred
