Travel + Leisure Co. in Rio Mar, San Juan, Ceiba markets seeks a Vacation Package Senior Sales Manager to lead the Package Sales Team and drive revenue and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment on site in Puerto Rico.

You will recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing team, monitor sales metrics, and implement training to ensure consistent performance and accountability across shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Leadership and communication skills with proven track record in sales leadership.
• 2+ years in the timeshare industry.
• Experience with Wyndham is a plus.
• Experience in Mini Vac package sales.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays; travel required.
