Target is seeking a Sr. Manager, Supply Chain Safety to own the Regional safety program and lead a team of Safety Managers. You will perform data analysis, trend reviews, hazard assessments and key leadership communication.

You will manage OSHA/EPA/Fire visits, drive remediation plans, and collaborate with HR, Sedgwick and the HQ Claims team to ensure compliance and risk mitigation. Remote or hybrid work options may apply.

The pay range is $95,000.00 - $171,000.00. Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications.

As a Sr. Manager Supply Chain Safety, you will own and ensure execution of the Regional safety program and lead a team of expert Safety Managers. Follow structured routines around data analysis, trend review, Leader Standard Work, hazard assessments and leadership communication. Ensure all risk and compliance obligations are met at the leadership and TM level while working through your team. Work with leadership to influence on key safety priorities, to include establishing/sustaining a strong safety culture. Develop a strategic Regional Safety action plan, and leverage your team to work with key leaders and processes. Facilitate positive outcomes including vendor management of Regional (or other) medical representative in collaboration with onsite HR, Sedgwick and the HQ Claims team. Oversee and guide your team on all regulatory visits, such as OSHA/EPA/Fire, etc., review and approve response and remediation, recommend settlement/abatement to Director for all citations. Support entire Region/Vertical such as a Region within GSCL Field Network, Food Distribution, Target Last Mile Delivery and IRL/CRC location, payroll exposure at a Regional level, and level of innovation and automation. This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid (known internally at Target as "Flex for Your Day") work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Remote work arrangement means the team member works full‑time from home or an alternate location that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at a Target location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role may be performed either remote or onsite at a Target location depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day. Work duties cannot be performed outside of the country of the primary work location, unless otherwise prescribed by Target.
