Job summary

Target is hiring a Seasonal Target Security Specialist to help maintain a safe and secure work environment at our Northern Kentucky facility. You will perform yard and perimeter patrols, operate Target-owned vehicles, and follow established emergency procedures.

A high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license are required; we value calm, quick decision-making and the ability to multitask in dynamic situations.

The pay range per hour is $17.98 - $30.48. You may also earn additional compensation in the form of a shift differential, ranging from $2.00 to $3.50 per hour, based on eligibility. Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. You will operate Target owned vehicles to execute yard and perimeter patrol routines. You’ll follow emergency procedures and protocols in the event of emergencies, including incident notification to building leadership.You’ll follow best practices and procedures relating to the security trailer management process.
