Job Title: Sr. Manager, Strategic Integration & Operations
Reporting to: SVP, Strategic Integration & Operations
Responsibilities
- Play a central role in shaping and executing WCM’s global strategy.
- Lead high-priority, cross‑functional initiatives and ensure alignment across global teams.
- Help define and evolve the strategic roadmap for the SI&O team and broader WCM organization.
- Support WCM’s Co‑Chair leaders (CEO & COO) in aligning global teams to company priorities and initiatives.
- Act as connective tissue across regions and functions, ensuring alignment and information flow.
- Lead large-scale, cross‑functional strategic initiatives such as global platform rollouts, partnership strategies, and new business opportunities.
- Oversee prioritization and execution across multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Support development of quarterly board materials, including drafting narratives, building presentations, and preparing executive talking points.
- Support preparation for annual global Business Reviews and other key executive forums.
- Ensure consistency, clarity, and strategic alignment across all executive communications.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve workflows, and enhance operational efficiency across the business.
- Conduct root cause analysis on complex challenges and implement scalable solutions.
- Partner with technology and data teams to drive adoption of tools and systems that support business objectives.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or a related field (music industry experience strongly preferred).
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect strategy to execution.
- Experience using AI tools (Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT) and applying them to accelerate research, synthesize information, and streamline workflows.
- Expertise in Google Slides / Google Suite.
- Ability to work with complex data sets and communicate key findings in the format that best serves the audience.
- Energetic system‑level problem solving and ability to find meaning in incremental progress.
- Comfortable operating in long‑cycle projects without losing momentum or focus.
- Experience working in small, generalist teams where resourcefulness and adaptability matter as much as expertise.
- Proven experience managing complex, cross‑functional projects with senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication skills, including experience developing executive‑level presentations and materials.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving clarity across teams.
- Tech‑ and data‑savvy, with an interest in how systems and tools can scale impact.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate business needs.

Salary Range: $85k – $100k Annually
