Zoetis is seeking a Sr. Manager, Strategic FP&A to partner with FP&A, Strategy, BD/M&A and business units. This role drives long-range planning, investment analysis and governance across the organization from Parsippany, NJ.
You will shape financial narratives, implement scalable FP&A tools, and deliver data-driven insights to senior leadership. Expect collaboration across matrixed teams and a focus on proactive strategic support.
The Sr. Manager, Strategic FP&A role reports to the Sr. Director, Head of Strategic FP&A and will be working closely with FP&A, Strategy, BD/M&A, and business units to support the long-range planning processes, continuous improvement initiatives in FP&A capability, and contributes to shaping financial narratives for internal stakeholders. The role plays an important part in advancing FP&A’s impact, developing financial strategy capabilities, and ensuring consistency across financial activities. The role reports directly to the Sr Director, Head of Strategic FP&A.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $146,000.00- $209,000.00. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the base pay target range for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This position is also eligible for short-term incentive compensation. This position is also eligible for long-term incentives.
