What You Will Do

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership and Development: Oversee growth and development of engineering teams and managers.

4. Technical Guidance: Provide expert architectural guidance and strategic input on development practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; significant experience may substitute.
• 8-10+ years in software engineering with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
• Deep knowledge of software development, architecture, and performance optimization.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and manage complex projects, preferably with agile methodologies.
• Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.

Desirable Skills

• Knowledge of low-code platforms like Mendix.
• Expertise in database management and cloud technologies.
• Senior certifications in project management or leadership.
• Experience scaling high-growth environments.
