Join our advertising technology team and lead the engineering efforts behind self-service performance advertising products that drive discovery and sales across Amazon's Retail and Marketplace businesses. As a Sr Manager, Software Development, you'll assemble and mentor a team of engineers to solve complex technical and business challenges while owning the evolution of systems that process petabytes of data and support several critical functions. You will own and drive the next generation, world class data processing systems, and manage data processing jobs that support the Ads business. You'll work in a collaborative environment where you can think strategically, move quickly, and directly influence how customers leverage data to achieve business success. • Communicate clearly and persuasively with engineers, peers, and leadership through written documentation, presentations, and discussions to align on strategy and drive execution
