Job summary

SAF-HOLLAND, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager, SIOP/E to lead enterprise planning transformation across North America. You will drive an integrated demand, supply, and inventory planning framework, elevate forecast accuracy, and partner with IT and finance to support an SAP S/4HANA rollout.

The role requires 12+ years in supply chain leadership, strong cross-functional collaboration, and expertise in SIOP/S&OP. Travel and executive interaction are expected as part of this transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain, operations, inventory management, or planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience leading and implementing SIOP/S&OP processes.
• Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-site planning organizations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with ERP systems, including SAP.

What We\'re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain, operations, inventory management, or planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience leading and implementing SIOP/S&OP processes.
• Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-site planning organizations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with ERP systems, including SAP.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master\'s degree in a related discipline.
• SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
• Experience in commercial vehicle, automotive, industrial manufacturing, or other complex manufacturing environments.
• APICS CSCP, CPIM, Lean Six Sigma, or similar professional certifications.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation and change management initiatives.
