DaVita is hiring a Senior Manager for our Credits team within Revenue Operations. This position is responsible for the strategic and operational oversight of government and non-government business lanes. We are looking for a leader that gets excited about driving innovation to reduce overall inventory, looks for bulk remediation opportunities, and is fluent in maximizing their workforce. This individual will manage large projects and collaborate across multiple lanes of the revenue cycle. Communications will be tailored to differing audiences, from Senior Leadership to frontline teammates, and there will be ample opportunities to deliver persuasive recommendations to our Regulatory and Compliance teams. In addition, this leader should have a passion for solving complex problems, people development, and an ability to work well as part of a fast-paced team.

Overall focus is on supporting Revenue Operations in its mission to Enable the Village to Give Life. This position reports to a Director, Revenue Operations and may lead direct reports.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Drives Operational Results
  • Sets team goals to achieve key objectives and motivates team to exceed expectations
  • Takes full accountability for multiple levers within team’s MYOs
  • Identifies, leads and manages large projects with various participants and stakeholders
  • Prioritizes competing priorities to deliver on deadlines with minimal interventions
  • Consistently prepares and delivers effective communications tailored to audience
Leadership & Team Development
  • Builds high performing teams and develops leaders
  • Cultivates a diverse professional network to complete work and seek input
  • Ensures self and teammates use coaching and feedback through a consistent process
  • Effectively inspires team to support leadership vision; influences change
Generates Strategic Insights
  • Consistently and independently generates meaningful insights for team
  • Translates high-level strategy and complex insights into actionable opportunities
  • Identifies and engages stakeholders to create high level of collaboration

Education And Experience
  • 5 to 7 years in Leadership with direct reports – Required
  • High School Diploma/equivalency – Required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field – Preferred
  • Intermediate proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications – Required
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle in Collections and/or Credits – Required

Salary/ Wage Range

$78,000.00 - $131,000.00 / year

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
