ReSource Pro in Maitland, FL seeks a Sr. Manager, Reporting Services to lead bureau reporting and financial data compliance while launching a new analytics service line.

You’ll own strategy, build-out, pricing, and delivery of reporting solutions for clients. You will manage a team delivering MIS reporting, dashboards, and data calls to regulators, partnering with Sales to monetize data assets and ensure high-quality client value.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, Technology, or related field required; Master’s preferred.
10+ years of data reporting/analytics experience including bureau/regulatory reporting; 5+ years leading teams; insurance industry exp.
Strong ability to translate data capabilities into revenue-generating client offerings; excellent communication with clients.

Responsibilities

Manage MIS bureau reporting, financial data reporting, and dashboards for clients on a billable basis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Lead the build-out of management dashboards to report book-of-business performance as a recurring service.
Oversee underwriting transaction reports and financial data calls to regulators, serving as escalation point for complex issues.
Develop and lead managers and senior ICs, driving talent planning to scale the service line.
Engage clients and stakeholders, presenting the value of reporting services in discussions with prospects.

Your Role...

ReSource Pro is seeking a Sr. Manager, Reporting Services to lead bureau reporting and financial data compliance functions and to own the strategy, build-out, and commercial performance of a reporting and analytics service line. In this role, you will ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality reporting and dashboard delivery, partner with Sales and Account Management to package and price these services for clients, and lead a team responsible for bureau reporting, financial data reporting, and dashboard delivery.

In this role, you will...

Reporting & Dashboard Service Delivery: Manage and deliver MIS's bureau reporting, financial data reporting, and dashboard services, ensuring consistent quality, data accuracy, and on-time delivery for clients on a billable basis, while identifying opportunities to monetize data assets and reporting capabilities.
Management Dashboards & Book of Business Analytics: Lead the build-out of management dashboards reporting on book-of-business performance as a new, billable, recurring service, partnering with the Technology team to ensure data feeds support accurate, timely delivery.
Bureau & Financial Data Reporting Oversight: Oversee the team's submission of underwriting transaction reports and financial data calls to NCCI, insurance bureaus, and state regulators, serving as the escalation point for high-complexity issues and disputes.
Team Leadership & Development: Develop and lead managers and senior individual contributors, recruiting, coaching, and performance managing direct reports while conducting talent planning to scale a growing service line.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the senior escalation point for clients on reporting, dashboard, and compliance matters, and represent the reporting and analytics offering in client and prospect conversations.

What You Need to be Successful...

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, Technology, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
Experience: 10+ years of experience in data reporting, analytics, or insurance operations, including bureau/regulatory reporting, plus 5+ years leading people managers or team leads; insurance industry experience required.
Commercial & Strategic Mindset: Strategic and commercially minded, able to translate data and reporting capabilities into a revenue-generating client offering.
Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of dashboard and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and data reporting/compliance requirements (NCCI, state bureaus); working knowledge of SQL and database/data integration concepts preferred.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead managers and team leads, set direction, and drive accountability across multiple functions.
Communication & Client Presence: Excellent executive-level communication and client-facing skills, able to present the value of new services to clients and prospects.
Analytical & Adaptable Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable navigating ambiguity while building a new business function.

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This position is based in Maitland, FL and the salary range for this role is $78,776-$136,397. The salary may vary based on experience and on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
