Job summary

Hyundai Capital America is seeking an experienced leader to head the Extended Warranty/F&I sales efforts in the Region. You will build dealer relationships, negotiate program structures, and coach District Managers to achieve regional sales goals.

You will align with Regional Finance Managers and OEM staff to develop programs that maximize performance and ensure sustained growth. A strong background in auto finance and F&I product knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in automobile finance with focus on Extended Warranty/F&I
• Proven track record in dealer conversions and field sales leadership
• Strong knowledge of car financing products and cross-functional collaboration

What You Will Do

The Extended Warranty RSM leads the Extended Warranty/F&I business conducted in the Region. The position will establish relationships with Dealers, negotiate program and deal structures, monitor their performance, achieve Region sales objectives, and lead the Region staff. Maximize the organization and performance of each District Manager (DMI) by providing coaching and guidance. Align closely with Regional Finance Managers and OEM staff in the Region to develop and implement regional programs and exceed annual sales objectives.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Develop and execute the Region’s sales objectives – specifically, Dealer conversion to the Hyundai-branded F&I product, program and deal structures
• Coach, train, and develop District Sales Managers of Insurance (DMI’s)
• Design and implement Dealer, F&I, and field training to support Hyundai’s Insurance product & performance
• Interact with other regional sales (HCA,OEM) and dealer body / dealer councils / Ad associations on issues, concerns, opportunities; work cross-functionally with other HCA departments

What You Will Bring To The Role

• 10+ years in automobile finance industry, with a focus on Extended Warranty and/or F&I field sales. Captive experience preferred
• Minimum 5 year of management experience
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred, MBA a plus
• Extensive menu selling knowledge/experience
• Proficient in selling current F&I product suite portfolio
• Proven history of account acquisitions through execution of established dealer conversion methodsExperienced in sustainable account development
• Experience in “hands-on” development training of dealership personnel
• Experienced in "train the trainer" in-store development
• Adept Dealer conversion, income development, product knowledge, comprehension, and skill sets required
