Frontgrade Technologies is seeking a Senior Manager of Quality Assurance to lead quality control and quality assurance programs. You will establish quality metrics, drive continuous improvement, and ensure all project deliverables meet customer, internal, and regulatory requirements including applicable standards.

The role requires overseeing risk analyses, control plans, inspection, supplier quality, and metrology activities to ensure products meet stringent performance and reliability criteria

• Master's Degree with 4+ years in people management and 8+ years in the field.

Responsibilities

• Establish key performance metrics to monitor and improve process performance.
• Manage hiring, retention, and performance management for the QA team.

• Participate in new product development.
• Review test plans and test cases to ensure standards compliance.

Responsibilities

• Establish key performance metrics to monitor and improve process performance
• Manage hiring, retention, and performance management for the Quality Assurance team
• Assess quality trends and drive continuous improvement for processes and product quality performance, including root cause corrective actions
• Participate in new product development
• Review and prepare test plans and test cases to ensure compliance with standards and guidelines
• Maintain high standards of quality activities within your team by establishing best practices and habits
• Accountability for quality control and quality assurance activities at the site

Experience

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors Degree: Minimum six (6) years of experience in people management. Minimum eight (8) years of experience in field. OR Masters Degree: Minimum four (4) years of experience in people management. Minimum eight (8) years of experience in field.
