Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Experience leading quality, manufacturing, logistics, warehousing or automotive operations.
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and CI principles.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, audits, and process controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead all site quality programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality procedures, standards, and work instructions.
• Manage customer quality expectations and serve as primary quality contact for Mack Trucks.
• Coordinate and complete internal, customer, and corporate quality audits.
• Investigate quality concerns and lead root cause and corrective action activities.
• Monitor and report quality KPIs and performance metrics.
• Drive process improvements that enhance safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance.
• Supervise, train, coach, and develop quality personnel.
• Partner with operations leadership to ensure compliance with customer requirements and company policies.
• Support inventory accuracy, material flow, and warehouse quality processes.
• Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for operational improvement.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Support environmental and quality management systems and maintain documentation and records.
• Participate as a member of the facility leadership team.
